Initially, Khloe Kardashian started following the military diet which was designed for the army troops to get fit in no time. But after few days, Khloe Kardashian wanted some changes, and this is what her dietician instructed her to follow. She started eating Brown bread, peanut butter, and grapefruit with one cup of tea or coffee for breakfast. Like any other nutritionist, Khloe’s dietician also instructed her to consume king size breakfast and reduce her meal size as the day passes on. She drank a protein shake as a post workout drink. For lunch, she had brown toast, crackers, eggs and tea. Khloe Kardashian tried to reduce her weakness with organic fruit juice. For dinner, she had tuna, apple, and tea. Her strict diet stopped her to eat anything that is high in carbohydrate, sugar or glucose. She tried to eat gluten free and dairy free products.
