Maureen E. McPhilmy raised into a middle-class family. Married the tv show host Bill O’Reilly, left him because of domestic violence and married her current husband Jeffrey Gross, a detective. There is an ongoing $10 million lawsuit involved.
Maureen E. McPhilmy was born in Chittenango, New York on May 11, 1966. Her father worked in the market and mother was a gardener. She works as a public-relations executive currently and 51 years old lady.
Bill O’Reilly was a TV show host previously, and at his workplace, he met Maureen E. McPhilmy in 1992 on the show ‘A Current Affair,’ then fell in love and got married on November 2, 1996.
After 15 years of togetherness, their marriage ended on April 2, 2010.
It was Maureen E. McPhilmy that filed the divorce papers in court because she claimed that Bill O’Reilly was physically assaulting her and she couldn’t take anymore.

The couple had two adorable children, their daughter Madeline was born after two years of their marriage in 1993, and their son Spencer came in the world a few years later in 2003.
Including the time of them being lovers, Maureen E. McPhilmy and Bill O’Reilly stayed together for twenty years. When they got separated on April 2, 2010, almost the whole America was in shock because not everyone knows what goes inside the house of famous people.
Their divorce confirmed after a year and few month on September 1, 2011.
The separation wasn’t easy for the couple, especially for Maureen. Later she revealed the real reason behind her tough decision. According to Maureen, Bill uses to physically abuse her occasionally and she was getting tired of his unacceptable behavior.
Bill became was so heartless that once he dragged Maureen down a staircase by the neck over a little argument. And their daughter Madeline witnessed this horrible act and also accepted later publically that it happened.
Also, Bill was not faithful to their relationship and cheated on her multiple times, says Maureen.
According to Maureen, Bill wasn’t a good husband as well as a good father. So the couple, later on, fought for the custody of their children.
Bill O’Reilly responded to this by saying that the accusations made against him are nothing but a bunch of lies and he would never do such cruel act of beating a woman. But like I said before, their daughter accepted to witnessing his behavior of assault.
Moreover, Bill was charged with several sexual harassment cases by multiple co-workers that worked at Fox, that involved verbal and sexual abuse.
Afterwards, Bill’s lawyer released the following statement.
All allegations against me in these circumstances are 100% false. I am going to respect the court-mandated confidentiality put in place to protect my children and will not comment any further.
All these things cleared that Bill is no saint and the court was sure of their decision.
So, in April 2015 Nassau Country Supreme Court as justice gave sole custody of the children to Maureen.

Jeffrey Gross is a detective of the Nassau County Police Department, the guy lost his first wife, Kathleen McBride (41), to cervical cancer in 2006. Gross had two children with his previous wife.
He posted the following image on Facebook, clicked before the 9/11 terrorist attacks showing Gross posing up in with the World Trade Center right behind him.

The caption reads: ‘I can’t forget what was lost the day of September 11, 2001. I lost some of my dear friends. People that had my back and would have died for me.’
Maureen E. McPhilmy started dating Jeffrey Gross right after she separated from Bill but before getting the divorce. She found happiness with Jeffrey and decided to marry him.
Maureen and Jeffrey are living at their Long Island home which is worth $4 million. Children of Jeffrey and Maureen are staying with them too.
But finding peace and getting rid of Bill O’Reilly isn’t easy for Maureen. After the divorce Bill sued Maureen for $10 Million lawsuits.
Bill O’Reilly Filing $10 Million Lawsuit Against His Ex-Wife Maureen
As being an egoistic person and having a superiority complex Bill couldn’t bear his wife winning the divorce case. So he decided to sue her for $10 Million lawsuits.
Bill accused Maureen of misleading him on their divorce agreements and using funds from divorce alimony to fund her extra-marital affair with Jeffrey Gross.
Now according to many people Jeffrey is an honest and responsible man, he would never take anyone’s advantage for money.
One credible source of DailyMail and known person of Jeffrey gave following statement about Bill and Jeffrey.
Bill O’Reilly can say whatever he says, but these allegations just don’t sound like Jeff at all. He’s a family man. A great cop – they voted him detective of the year once.
He’s not the sort of person to go sneaking around behind peoples’ backs. It just seems as if Bill is bitter and he can’t let it go.
His reputation completely shattered when the television personality lost his Fox News job and paid $13 million in sexual harassment settlements.
After that, even the big advertisers withdrew from his show.
But Bill is really serious about not letting the lawsuit go, so the case is still going on. In May 2017, the journalist won the favor of court for having complete confidentiality in his case. Not allowing media or any other outside person to know anything about their case.
His this move can be in a great favor of Bill. He says that he did this to save his children from the unwanted public attention.
According to Bill, “Past media attention has caused his children extreme emotional distress. He and his wife had agreed to strict confidentiality of the terms and circumstances of the Separation Agreement to shield the children from the pressures of unwanted and intrusive publicity surrounding the separation.”
As being a father his point of view is right. But where were his senses when he behaved badly with the women working at Fox. His sexual harassments were pretty real.
If he was an honorable man, he would have thought about his children and wife before harassing his co-workers
I can only hope for the best for Maureen E. McPhilmy and Jeffrey Gross and I hope Bill learns his lesson.
