I still remember the day when I played Sonic game on my classic Sega console. I was wowed by the speed of the character and fall in love with the game instantly.
I never use to get too far while playing, but it was always super fun to play and collect those golden shiny rings at the lightning speed.
Actually, I love games, and 80% of times I don’t do well in competitive mode:p, to be honest, but I enjoy playing it. And you can also say, I can’t play games with much difficulty.
I might write a whole piece of article about this but let’s not get off the topic here.
So, the Sonic is coming on big screen finally.
SEGA announced the Sonic character in 1991 to beat their rival Nintendo’s awesome plumber Mario.
The studio behind the film is my favourite, Paramount Pictures and they have already announced a release date, Nov. 15, 2019.
The film will be the mix up of live action and CGI to give it a more realistic look.
The Hollywood Reporter revealed there are five producers attached to this project. Neal H. Moritz the main one, director of the Deadpool film Tim Miller is executive producer along with Toby Ascher.
And Dmitri Johnson and Dan Jevons are the co-producers.
Jeff Flower will be directing the film and this will be his directorial debut. The creators of the Fox Animation show Golan The Insatiable, Pat Casey and Josh Miller will be working on the script.
Over the years the video game has sold more than 360 million copies around the world.
In the film, we might see the friends of Sonic, Tails and Knuckles and together they will crush the plans if evil Doctor Eggman Robotnik.
I’m pumped for this man, are you guys?
